Well I made it an entire week without a single taste of sugar. I feel really good and I have already noticed a significant decrease in my cravings. I have the hardest time right about 7p, when I just want something sweet to finish off the night. To avoid snacking, I drink a whole lot of water. Every time I get the urge to eat something sweet, I drink a glass of water and start doing some crunches. It distracts me and makes me forget about my craving.
A few months ago, I was able to go 3 1/2 weeks without any sugar. My goal is to beat that...and not just by a day or so. I would love to get through Halloween and the whole month of October without any sugar. Difficult? Yes. Doable? Definitely.
