It is amazing how quickly your body can change and adapt. Just a few short months ago, I could barely run a quarter mile without dying. And yesterday, I ran 4.0 mile without stopping or taking any breaks.
To go from where I was to now baffles me. I expected it to take longer, but I am seeing progress every single week. I am definitely going to be ready for my 10K in June.
Instead of focusing so much on distance for the next month, I'm really going to try working on my speed. It has a LOT of room for improvement.
These are the two most recent pictures I've taken. Sorry the one on the right is so blurry, but it gives you an idea. I still have a lot of work to do, but I am happy with my progress so far.
